1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Account responsibilities

If you create an account you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment provider; you authorize the charge when you submit your order.

We ship within Canada only. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. See Shipping & Returns for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Our return policy is described in full on our Shipping & Returns page. Where it applies, that policy is part of these Terms.

7. Product information disclaimer

Our products are sold under Health Canada’s Natural Health Product framework. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by Health Canada. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you take prescription medication or have an underlying health condition.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service (text, design, logos, photographs, code) is owned by CBD Oil Canada or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content for resale, submitting false orders, or using the Service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and the products are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, CBD Oil Canada disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be lawfully limited.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
