Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

All Canadian provinces and territories. We ship from Toronto via Canada Post.

We don’t ship outside Canada. CBD regulations are country-specific and we want to do this right.

How fast

  • Canada Post Xpresspost — 1–3 business days to most major cities. 2–7 business days to remote and northern locations.
  • Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually ship same-day. After 1pm — next business day.
  • Tracking number is emailed as soon as the label prints. Track directly with Canada Post.

How much

  • Free Xpresspost shipping on Canadian orders over $150 (subtotal before tax).
  • Below $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postal code and the rate Canada Post charges us — no markup.

Lost, late, or damaged

If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, wait 24 hours (sometimes Canada Post scans early), then check with neighbours and your local post office. If it still hasn’t turned up, email [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll open a Canada Post trace and sort it out.

Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return shipping).

Unfortunately, opened CBD products can’t be returned for health and safety reasons — once a tincture or topical is broken in, we can’t resell it.

If something’s wrong with your product — wrong item, defective, didn’t agree with you — email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. We’ll always try to make it right.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason.
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping address.
  3. Mail it back via tracked Canada Post (we recommend Xpresspost so it doesn’t get lost).
  4. Once we receive and inspect, the refund hits your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
