Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: No we do not. We currently accept bitcoin and Email Money Transfer. You can buy bitcoins using your Bank account or Credit Card through a Canadian Exchange broker. Sites where Canadians can buy bitcoin.
Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: No, we only ship with Canada
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We only ship Express Post via Canada Post, which is usually a 1-5 business day time frame.
**COVID update** please be aware that delays in deliveries are to be expected, as Canada Post is understaffed and overwhelmed.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: For orders that total $150 (before taxes, after coupons have been applied) shipping is FREE. Otherwise, it’s a $20 flat rate to anywhere in the country.
Q: My package is delayed, what should I do?
A: Please contact us with your order number and we are happy to look into it for you. Please do be aware that due to Covid, delays are to be expected.
Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong product, or my order is missing something?
A: Before unwrapping the whole package, please take photos of what you received, including the order number printed on the top of the box it came in, and email us with what went wrong.
