It's okay. I do not find it strong enough for me. I added more essential oils to it and another cream to help me.

Love the smell

Normally I get lavender scent in the past which I really hate it. This one has a pleasant fresh citrus. Love it!

Over all good

Over all I am pleased with my order. Easy to follow website and the shipment came within 3 days. When I placed the order I thought the strength was 500mg, what I received was 200mg. I ordered it for my mom,she claims it help ease the pain in her hips,making it easier to find comfort. I will order again when the time is needed but go with a strong strength. I would recommend this product and site to others.
