Not very strong

Bought this for sciatica pain. Though the cognitive effects kick in about 5 hours in, there was no pain relief. I left the 40mg patch on for 24hrs then replaced it with another. No relief after48 hours. Do not recommend.

Amazing!

My mom has fibromyalgia and this patches have been the only thing that has worked for her. Usually the area around her shoulder blades is a no-touch zone, so that's where the first patch went. The morning after she could actually touch that area. She's very happy with it!
