It would be nice if there was a suggested amount to use. It's such a small bag, I don't want to waste it!

Love this product. Very soothing and smells great.

Very effective

I was pleasantly surprised by the bath salts. As a first time user I did not add a lot to my first bath. However I have increased the amount and found it effective to taking away generalized shoulder/neck pain due to stress and tension. I also have fibromyalgia and found that I slept more sound post-usage. I love that there is no strong aroma as I have allergies and that I noticed a pain level change within a 10 minute soak.
