Although I don't love the taste, it is a very nice tea. I feel relaxed and calm, and it relieves minor pain and induces an amazing night's sleep. It would be nice to have a little idea on how to fold the tea bags. Will buy again. ;)

I like to take this tea on Thursday and Friday night to help wind down from the day/week. My partner works late into the night on those days and when I drink the tea I sleep so deep and sound, I sometimes don't even wake up when he comes to bed. It takes nice too, I just add a little bit of honey and it's delicious :)
