Who can order from CBD Oil Canada?

Do you offer local pickup?
No, we do not offer a pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to your door via Canada Post Xpresspost.
What is your delivery guarantee?
We offer a 100% delivery guarantee. If your package is deemed lost or stolen by Canada Post after their investigation, we will send you a replacement order at no charge.
What is your return policy?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept standard returns. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as a damaged or incorrect item — please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve it.

How long does shipping take?
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost, which typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes. Orders placed and paid before 9:30 AM Pacific Time on business days are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $150 receive free Xpresspost shipping. Orders under $150 ship for $19.99. The $150 threshold is calculated after coupon codes are applied and before taxes. Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We ship to Canadian addresses only.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking shows your package is stuck in transit or overdue, please contact us at [email protected] — do not contact Canada Post directly, as this may prevent us from opening an investigation on your behalf. Once the package is 3 days overdue, we can begin a formal investigation. If it is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it for a $19.99 reshipping fee. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
