CBD Sleep – Fernwood Essentials

Hoping this will eventually give me a decent sleep.

I am not sure I noticed a big difference when I ran out of the oil and the postal strike was happening but, now that I have more bottles on hand, I do believe it helps give me a deeper sleep when I take it. Sleep is a huge issue for me and it might not help me fall asleep, but, I do think it is better when I have taken some at bedtime for a better sleep (when I finally get there).

I've been using this product now for a week, and it hasn't made any difference too my lack of sleeping problem. I was really hoping that this was the answer but I guess it's back to the drawing board. I have been struggling to shut down my mind at night and I have tried so many different things with no success. Maybe there is someone out there that is experiencing the same problem that can give me some advice l. Been to the doctor tried sleeping aids but that just makes me feel really sick and groggy when I wake. Please help!
