Due to the current pandemic, Canada Post has been experiencing extreme delays and extended delivery times.
Given the current circumstances, Canada Post has suspended filing investigations for parcels until 21 business days after the initial ship date. With this in mind, we will need to adhere to this for any orders that are experiencing longer than normal delivery times.

Delivery can now be up to 1 month after the initial ship date and we will not be issuing replacement parcels until the original order has been given ample time to arrive within that timeframe.
